I spent the money and time to build a jig,  rather than pay someone to do the frames. Adding brackets with each new project. 

TIG and MIG. Steel, stainless, aluminum. 

Rockwell Mill and South Bend Lathe for light machining for making and modifying parts. 

I'm no pro: I do it more out of necessity since I'm usually too cheap to pay for someone else for it, and I don't want to wait.
