ENGINE

$280 shipped. 1953-1962 OEM 74" panhead cylinders. have +.030" pistons in them. Bores look good and I see no reason they won't clean up at +.040". Hell, you could maybe get away with honing and loose fit .030". worst part is shown in pic of rear cylinder. No chipped fins, other than the little nick out of a top corner (see pics).

CARB/INTAKE

$60 shipped. Linkert Grab Bag. Original air cleaner bolts. One original slotted intake manifold screw. Used brass float (believed to be good, but might not be, as I replaced with one of Cotton's before even running the carb). Colony nipple for gasline conversion on Linkert carb. Needle and seat. new aftermarket choke rod. Banjo fitting for converting to rubber lines on 65 and earlier gas tanks.

EXHAUST

$75 shipped. Panhead shotgun pipes. 2". Used. Typical oil spots and bluing, and a minor amount of pitting, but over all good shape. I literally spent 3 minutes polishing part of the shiny pipe and this is how is turned out. Totally acceptable in my opinion for a rider.

$75 shipped. Custom Big twin flathead (sidevalve) exhaust. U, UL, UH, ULH. Basically shotgun or drag pipes. These came with a basket I bought. Look like decent TIG welds that can be finished off easily. Custom ends and outlets (w/ a ramp welded inside) for an unusual hidden look. Front pipe exits to the left and mounts to a small bung welded to the downtube (bung lines up with 36-47 downtube), it will not fit without modification if you are running the stock linkert.

CHARGING

$20 shipped. Mechanical regulator Delco Mechancial regulator w/ nice chrome cover: 65-69 FL, 67-77 XLH. Chrome 58-64 regulator bracket. Chrome in good "old" condition on both.

$53 shipped. Cycle Electric Stator. Was used for about 50 miles before switching to a lower amp shunt drop model to run points with no battery. These retail for over $100 new. Label says 81-88, But can be used on any 70-99 alternator style left case with the correct regulator and a larger battery.

$20 22amp rotor for Harley alternator. Splines are partially worn out from a loose motor nut. It works and is useable, although I wouldn't run it. But if someone needs a cheap part to get on the road, then this will work.
